A Strength Survey

Last Sunday, Ren Chang shared with the gang on discovering the top 5 strengths of an individual. For that, we've to answer a 240-question survey which takes about 10-20 minutes to complete, depending on the speed and how much you understand yourself.

If interested, you can register and complete the survey for FREE! Go to:
For AIESEC members and alumni,
http://www.authentichappiness.sas.upenn.edu/AIESEC/Default.aspx

For non-AIESEC members,

I've done mine and my top 5 strengths as follow:
Your Top Strength
Bravery and valorYou are a courageous person who does not shrink from threat, challenge, difficulty, or pain. You speak up for what is right even if there is opposition. You act on your convictions.

Your Second Strength
Capacity to love and be lovedYou value close relations with others, in particular those in which sharing and caring are reciprocated. The people to whom you feel most close are the same people who feel most close to you.

Your Third Strength
Creativity, ingenuity, and originalityThinking of new ways to do things is a crucial part of who you are. You are never content with doing something the conventional way if a better way is possible.

Your Fourth Strength
Curiosity and interest in the worldYou are curious about everything. You are always asking questions, and you find all subjects and topics fascinating. You like exploration and discovery.

Your Fifth Strength
Hope, optimism, and future-mindednessYou expect the best in the future, and you work to achieve it. You believe that the future is something that you can control.

Shortly after I've shared the outcome with the gang, I received an e-mail from Ren Chang.

*******
What do you think?? Do you think it reflects you?

Bravery – the description says courages – so I think still fits
And with Hope, Optimism & Future Mindedness as another strength -> so obvious that it’s so you to go into setting up your own business!

The thing which surprises me is “Capacity to love and be loved” – haven’t really seen much of that side of you yet I guess.

*******
Cheers.

I'm still reading the first few chapters of Authentic Happiness; once I get to the chapters on how to use your signature strengths in your daily life, then I'll share more ;)
